Heirloom Tomato Goat Cheese Pasta

Yes, my kids will eat this. In fact it is my 8 year old daughter’s favorite pasta! I am beginning with the recipe at the request of my friend Ulrike. Her and her daughter come over once a week for dinner and when heirloom tomatoes are in seasons, she always requests this meal.
